Sales Administrator
Purpose
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order processing and customer service functions. Your primary responsibilities will include accurate order entry, handling customer enquiries via telephone and email, and provide support to various departments as needed.
- Accurately processing high volume of sales orders
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service via telephone and email
- Maintain organised records and ensure data accuracy
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any order-related issues
- Identifying upselling opportunities to maximise revenue
- Updating customer records and accounts
- Maintaining an acceptable level of product knowledge by keeping up to date with product developments
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
- Strong proficiency in Maths and English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Methodical and detail-oriented approach to tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
